C.C.C., Inc. will warranty our container product (hereby referred to as Top Locker) to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve months from the original purchase date. Top Locker will repair or replace (on our opinion), the damaged part or component for the original owner with proper proof of purchase. Shipping will be the responsibility of the owner. No warranty ether written or implied will be given for the following, but not limited to, failure to install properly, failure of carts roof support system, misuse, over loading, disasters, damage from accidents, defects in the cart the unit was installed upon, or any unlawful or dangerous operation of said vehicle. C.C.C., Inc. is excluded from any claims by damage or injury to any person, vehicle, cargo, or personal property caused by conditions beyond our control.. C.C.C., Inc. is not liable for any injury or damage to any person or thing that might accrue in the use of our product.. All incidental and consequential damages are excluded under this warranty.           

Be sure to immediately inspect your Top Locker upon receipt. If your product has been damaged in transport, contact us by E-mail or phone within the first 24 hours. We will contact you with instructions to process your claim quickly and hassle free.  Your satisfaction is our only goal!
